hello all...
Here is my situation
I have my H1B through an H1B cap exempt non profit. My I485 has been filed about 314 days ago, and pending. I am currently working on EAD
There has been a recent crack down on non profits, and my company has lost its cap exempt status, and my H1B has been revoked. My company will be sending out a response to the USCIS by the end of this week.
Although i am on EAD, the problem is when my H1B is revoked, i worked on h1B in the past, and the USCIS can see that as I was out of status. When they revoke h1B retroactivelt, how will this affect my chances of a green card ?
The H1B was issued, and i have been working on good faith. Any knowledge about the law regarding this?
Has anyone faced a similar situation?
Does anyone know if such cases, and how it was tackled?
