hi as a child (15) my mother took me to the untied states( i entered legally from a plane) where she lived with her husband they then filed for me my ex step father(citizen) mother (green card holder) both filed but he was the main petitioner he then decided to spite my mother by not continuing with the process and my 1485 was denied. I know have DACA does anyone know the steps i can take to get a green card or am i doomed?

you still have an option......

your mom has to become a citizen, she only has to wait 3 years from when she received her green card if she still married to the US citizen.

once she becomes a citizen she can file for your adjustment of status so you can get a green card.

Now that I am 24 would it go any faster since I had an application in before I was 18 even though this will be a new application to file for adjustments of status
