Hello all please any advice is welcome. My 5 years old son i130 was approved , it was filled by he's step father (U.S citizen) we we're suppose to go through the nvc stage now but my son got a b1/ b2 visa 2 day before the i130 was approve now he's in the U.S. And we don't want him to go back can we file i485 and other document so he can adjust he status since in in the U.S. And have a approve i130?....
