Interview no show

I have just received my interview date, but my spouse who is the citizen is saying that he will not show up for the interview because we have been going through some ups & downs in our marriage. What are my options now??? If he withdraws the application, do I automatically go out of status? Is there the probability of staying through other means? Someone please help!

No, as the petitioner, your husband has to show up on the scheduled interview date, otherwise, your AOS application could be denied. NO other alternatives unless you have been suffering abuse from your husband and can provide evidence.
