Urgent help an I864

I received the RFE stating that petitioner does not meet the poverty guideline. What I notice was that my wife and I used form I864EZ and not the I864 from what I understand is on that form they use only the total income (line 22) on the IRS form in which she never met because of her previous job.

She is now making over $40,000 a year now so can we use her pay stubs for the pass 8 months along with an employment verification letter stating her salary with the regular I864 form or we have to get a joint sponsor....

Her pay stubs and verification letter, would be good. Do send the three years tax returns transcripts none the less.
Along with rhe proper Form.
However, if you feel confident in getting a joint sponsor instead that also an option. Good luck!

Thank You again...I am through with the process now and this information was so vital and timely throughout the process so I am thanking you again. I hope you continue to assist person on this forum.
