My father who currently is in USA has sent his i-485 and other related forms and docs to Chicago Lockbox. I filed the petition i-130 in the month of April 2005, and pending at Nebraska service center. I attached the NOA copy with i-485 package. Will the aos application be sent to NSC for processing or the process restarts afresh.
