what next after conditional gc

Hi everyone after 11month I finally got the conditional gc , so what's d next step after this , do I need to update anything,do I need a stamp on my passport ,I really don't know ?

Here are a few things may or may not have done already:-
1. Make a copy of your Conditional Permanent Card, back
and front and put in a safe place.
2. If your Social Security Card, has a condition on it for,
"For work only", then take it to the your nearest
Social Security Administration Office, and have the
Condition on it removed. You will get a new one via
the mail.
3. If you didn't apply for a drivers license, then you may.
4. Ninty days prior to the anniversary, of your
Conditional Permanent Resident Card, you should
apply to USCIS, to have this condition removed.
