Documents Review and Please Help with One BIG Question: About I-864
Hi everyone, mt status current OPT(just graduate) married for one year, been living together almost two half years, know each other for three years. Here is my filing documents Please help me to check if something wrong. My BIG QUESTION IS ABOUT I-864 support documents: we have business together but for tax return only use our joint tax return for 2014 plus with our bank statement. (CAN I JUST USE 2014 COMPLETED TAX RETURN and W-2?) Because for 2013 and 2012 did not pay our-self enough, not match with guideline. (But for business return we have more, but cannot use it for this filing)
SO ONLY USE 2014 COMPLETED JOINT TAX RETURN AND W-2. PLUS BANK STATEMENT FROM JAN 2015 to AUG 2015, DOES THIS OK OR FINE ? YES OR NO. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
