I had F1 visa and graduated on May 2015 as a PhD holder in physics. I did not apply for OPT because I have I-130 petition through my father. On December 2014 I called the uscis to ask about me application they told me to file for adjustment of status and EAD. I got EAD on April 2014 and had interview on July 1 2015 and they told me that my priority date is not current and I still to wait three more years. And just last week they sent a letter about I-485 denial and that I should leave the country because I finished school. So because of uscis mistake I missed applying for OPT.
What should I do and what can I do in this month get a status before I become out of status?
If I find a job can I apply for h1b through my job?
