I864 tax return

Hi!

I am the petitioner for my wife who is already in USA on legal status. She is planning to file for adjustment of status.

I will be filling the i864-affidavit of support for her. I have not filed the 2014 taxes yet and have applied for extension to the IRS. Should I go ahead and provide the 2013 and 2012 tax return and provide with W2 and extension for 2014? Will that be enough for USCIS to accept my i864?

You will get a RFE, for your 2014 tax returns and to give an explanation why you didn't file same.
