  • Marriage base adjustment status Timeline I-485, I-130 and I-765

    Hi Everyone!

I just wanted to put my Marriage base timeline for adjustment of status to help anyone that is still waiting or to give you an idea of the timeline for beginning of 2015 filers. Not everyone has the same timeline and not every case is handled the same so just in case I wanted to share as mine was a little different than other cases. Hope this helps. I also want to thank everyone on this site as they also help me get through our stressful journey waiting for this to finally come to an end (for now) We still have to remove conditions but any-who...good luck to everyone and don't give up!

Can I ask what status were you adjusting from? Also, were you still considered "in status".

      Thanks!
