    i am planning getting married with my fiancee after leaving one year together .
    i am actually working and filing my taxes with a real social security number i got on my student visa i didn't have working permit . i am also out of status f1 student visa because cannot afford school tuition no more and my support kicked me out .
    after i get married my wife us citizen wan to file green card for me . but her case is kinda complicated she never get married but got 3 kids and she is still receiving food stamps and we living in income basis building in Washington dc . i need some advice how to process safely my adjustment of status thanks for all help and guidance
    i have one question .
    can i file first i 130 and after its accepted to file the others papers ?

    It's always best to file, them all together, but yes, you can file I-130, first.
    When you are ready to file adjustment of status and the other accompanying documents, you must have a copy of your I-130 attached along with any replt receipt, you may receive after the initial filling. Good luck!!
