Hi guys,
I just got an RFE today which says that there is a problem with i-864 income.
My husband is retired and he gets social security benefits every month. He is my petitioner for my green card.
When we submitted the files, we just submitted the Form 1040 for i-864. My husband's gross income for 2014 on Form 1040 is only $7000. So I think this is the reason why we got our RFE.
However, my husband has SSA-1099 and his income on that form is above the poverty line.
Do I just need to submit SSA-1099 to USCIS?
Thanks
