Anyone receive error message from their case?

I had my Biometrics taken on Aug 7 and I checked my case online it said it is ready to be scheduled for an interview as of Aug 11, 2015. However as of Sept 1, 2015, the website didn't change and has the same message and I didn't receive any letter also. I submit my I-130, I-131(Travel), I-765 (Employment) and I-485 all together. Only the receipt number of I-485 work when I checked online status. all the other receipt number got error message. I tried to call but there is no way to reach a customer service..... I just want to know they didn't lose my case but if they got my I-485, they should have all of my other applications. Anyone has experience the same problem I have?

Also does anyone knows how long will it take for the I-765 to process? When can I get my driver license? Do I have to wait until I-485 approved to get driver license?

Any advice please... little worry.

Just an update I found the USCIS.gov site has a online case problem tool you can submit. I told them I got that error message and well... the processing time for them to reply my message is Sept 20 something... sigh... I hope I can get my EAD card before the response to my message hehe I did more search on the internet and it seems like many people got that error message, other site someone said they got the message and everything worked fine with them. Someone thinks maybe they are too busy to enter your case number into the site. Since I-485 is more important case and since that involve biometric and interview, so the did update that online. I am from Georgia, anyone file case in Georgia? Please share your experience in here. I want to thank you those who put so much info in here and I learned a lot from them. Thank you and I will update my situation too so hope it can benefit for other too!
