Confusion in I-864 form.
Hello everyone!
I recently got the 'request of initial evidence' letter from USCIS in which they required the complete I-864 form. My mother applied for me under the family based category 2A. My mother doesn't have any source of income or asset to support me. So, my brother in law jumps-in and he is going to fill the affidavit of supporT or I-864. I have few questions regarding this:
1. Is my mother also needs to fill the I-864 form as she is my petitioner? If she does, then what will she can show as she has no source of income?
2. Or is my brother-in-law enough to fill the i-864 form as a joint sponsor?
