Question in regards to whether there is a requirement to provide police records for the purposes of an AOS?
If I was to go through the application process of obtaining a green card from the UK consulate I am required to provide this evidence from all countries I have lived in for over 6 months.
Having read through posts here not one person has mentioned this requirement if I am in the US seeking an AOS for any of the forms associated with this.
Does the biometric finger printing part cover this? I'm assuming that's what will be used to check for any criminal activity I may have been involved in (which I haven't by the way! My record is clean as a whistle).
Your help would be much appreciated.
