Already file all the paper, but forgot put I-131

Hi, my situation is: I made all cover letter(It listed all the form content include I-131), but when I shipped the documents, I decide to not to file I-131 form. So in my package I have content list shows it has I-131 Form. But I did not put I-131 form inside. Is this ok? or any consequence? Thanks.

None, what so ever. You just won't get the benefit of travel, during processing, which I'm sure is ok with you, since it's your decision to remove that Form. U r ok!!
