I-485 affidavit of birth certificate copy or original? and RFE affect on 180 days?

Was just curiou to know the following. Any help is appreciated

1. When I file the I-485 and Birth Certificate does not have a name (has only parents names), I need to file an affidavit, does it need to be original or a copy?
2. If I get an RFE for I-485, does it affect the 180 day requirement for AC21. i.e will 180 days start after the RFE issuance or the date the first time the I-485 application was accepted?
