Company A sponsored my GC and got an approved I-140. I switched to company B a few months ago and just found out that I can file I-485 based on today's visa bulletin. Company B hasn't started a new GC process.
Can I submit I-485 by myself without the employment letter? My hope is it could be pending for more than 180 days so AC21 portability could be applied.
I haven't checked with company A on whether they want to re-hire me. If they are willing to, I will be happy to work for them.
