My spouse has already been issued a labor certificate. My kids and I would like also to become green card holders. Do we need to go to US where my husband is working to file our permanent residency? How long will it take if we will wait for his petition after he has been issued his green card? Is is true that we can all have our green card if upon filing of his i485, my kids and I will file also for adjustment of status?
