I-485 eligibility in October 2015 Visa Bulletin

I read the october 2015 visa bulletin. I know this is pretty rudimentary question, still wanted to ask anyway. My PriorityDate is November 1, 2010, in EB2 (India) and have my I-140 approved. I see two charts. A and B. Per Chart B of the bulletin, i am current. Does that mean::

1. Can i apply for I-485?, EAD and AP at the same time as i would for 485?
2. Is there any use submitting medicals now, considering they expire in one year?
3. I have my wife as dependent, but she is on her own H1 and has her own approved I-140. Can i still apply for her as a dependent when i apply for my I-485?

Concurrent filing I-140 and I-485

Hi Raghvi / Seniors,

My PD for approved I-140 (EB3) with previous employer is Jan 2011 and is current in October bulletin. My Perm is pending with my current employer and hopefully we will know the result in Jan 2016.
Eventually after the PERM is certified, we have to port my previous PD while filing I-140 next year.

Can I file I-485 concurrently with I-140 next year? As the PD is not ported so far and it will be done only when I-140 is filed, i am wondering if I will be able to file I-1485 also concurrently.

Please advise.

Documents needed in filing I-485

Hello everyone.

I'm came in using a B2 visa, my 6 months stay expires on the 27th of December 2015.

I'm married to a US citizen, we've been married for 2years +.

My question is, when filing for the I-485 are we meant to include the medical reports and affidavit of support forms along side the application?
