Hi,
My current H1 expires end of September 2015. My current company filed H1 extension and my application is pending with USCIS. I received receipt notice, but havent received I-797 approval yet. Now, my Priority Date is current, per October 2015 visa bulletin. Can i still file I-485 with an approved I-140
OR
do i need to wait for my H1 approval before applying for 485?
(Current company is same company which filed my green card)
