    cross chargeability rule

    Does the new USCIS policy on I-485 application filing and approval timelines really affect the "cross chargeability" rule?

    I 485 was filed based on spouse's (dependant) birth country which makes the primary applicant's Priority date current.

    please advise. Thanks in Advance
