Hi friends,
Here is my situation. My wife's correct place of birth is jeddah, saudi arabia and I am planning to apply for I 485 cross chargeability. But below are some of the issues I have
1. Her current indian passport has incorrect place of birth as India. ( I tried at indian consulate chicago and they won't correct it)
2. Birth proofs: doctor issued birth report in arabic, indian consulate issued birth report, her very first old & expired passport, her mother's old passport stating her name, date and place of birth.
So based on above info can i still take a risk for applying I 485 based on her country of birth? What are my chances?
