Hey guys I'm so sad that i they sent another request for initial evidence. Is or has anyone gone threw this ?? Plz this had been my time line so far
June 2- recived my case i485,i-130,i-131,i-765
June 27- sent request for evidence
July 1- biometrics done
July 7-recived in the mail rfe
July 9-sent rfe
July 21-rfe recived
August 20- sent service request for ead
August 24- response for service request
September 4- request for initial evidence mailed to me.

They 1st rfe said affidavit of support was filled out Incorrect and They sent me a supplement A to form i-485 adjustment of status under section 245(i). I filled out everything and made sure it was correct this time and also sent the 1000$ for section 245(i),

I'm still waiting for 2nd request for initial evidence anyone has any idea on why or what might be ? Please I'll this waiting is so stressing and I haven't got any letter for the service request either. I also moved apartment number I changed it on line and yesterday is said a response for request for change of address was mailed. Please any comments will help.

You just have to wait on the RFE, I think its because you sent a service request for the EAD and they need evidence that you have a job offer if you did not sent them any. Just wait on the RFE that's all you can do now.

Thanks I actually didn't even think of that . I don't have any job offers or anything like that I just want to contribute to the house hold since my husband is the only one working. Yeah I just have to wait for the rfie, I don't even know when it will come since I moved and they sent it to my old address I hope post office redirects my mail. 😞
