Filing 485 in Oct, expiring H1 Sep 2015
Hi,
Guess some one might have gone thru the below route, wish not
.
I'm filing 485 as dependent to my wife petition (Principal Applicant). I'm on H1 and my 140 is approved. However my H1B is expiring Sep 30 and about to file for extension.
when the USCIS reviews this my H1B will be expired.
In this case what will be the approach. Please advise. Thanks.
