I am from Pakistan.i was married to a US citizen of Pakistani origin in 2013.
I received a letter from United States of Department of State National Visa Centre on August 15 ,2014 .I was informed that my immigrant visa petition was now eligible for further processing at the National Visa Centre. I was alloted the following identification numbers :
NVC Case Number invoice ID Number
Beneficiary ID Number
I have tried to complete the DS-261,online choice of Address and Agent but the message displayed on Us Department of State, Consular Electronic Application Centre reads that "Your petition has been returned to USCIS for administrative action and is no longer at the NVC. "
.He didn't come back to pakistan again. I don't know about him where is he know. I have already email NVC since 22 days. But still not get any response from NVC. Please help me what do I do. I am so tense and worried.
