Hello,

I have an EB3 (PERM and I-140) approved by Employer A, who is my current employer and in parallel my EB2 (PERM and I-140) is approved by Employer B, both have same priority date in MAY-2010.
Am i eligible to apply for EAD/I-1485 from Employer B ?? If YES, What is the process or procedure ??
