I am eligible to file I485 application. In 325a biographic information form, it's asking for previous marriage. I had previous marriage and I got divorce in 2008. But I never mentioned my martial status as divorced on my visa application. I mentioned status as Single as I was living alone and not married. I got married again in 2011 and my current status is married. Now I am confused over previous marriage info on form 325a. Should I enter my previous marriage info in I485? If yes, then will it cause any issue as I mentioned Single status in my previous h1b visa applications?
I know this fact will not affect the visa application. But i did not mentioned divorced status anywhere. had no intention to get visa benefits by misrepresenting the facts.
What are my options now?
