Does I-485 dependent filing affect spouse's green card process

My spouse has a green card process through her employer and has her I-140 approved
I have a separate green card process through my employer and I am going to file for my I-485 .
I am thinking to file her I-485 as my dependent so that she can get her travel parole and EAD.

Does this affect her parallel green card process going on through her employer?
