Hello I been here since I was 10 and entered legally . I have a TPS , I have a girlfriend of 9 months who is an LPR but is filing for her citizenship soon . We plan on doing a courthouse wedding , will that affect us?? can I still adjust even if she's a LPR ? I support her financially but I read somewhere that the sponsor has to provide. Does that still apply if I have a job ? Sorry if the questions seem out of place or not understandable . Any advice will help. Thanks
