I have an approved family petition with priority date of 5 March 2014. My visa bulletin category is F2A, because I am the wife of a permanent resident.
The visa bulletin for next month, October, shows the date 15 April 2014 in F2A category. Also, my country does NOT have a per-country limit.
There are still 13 days until October, but is it ok that I mail the I-485 package right now?
