hi.
I'm filing for green cards in the U.S., and now have to turn in my Affidavit of Support on Form I-864.
I have sponsor's last year tax return including w-2, most recent 6 months pay stubs.
even though he has filed tax returns for 15 years (he was in military for 15 years and retired in 2013), he has only last year tax return document.. not 2nd and 3rd year.
i heard it would be okay with only last year tax return but he doesn't know how much exactly he made in 2nd most recent year nor 3rd most recent year.
so i wonder what he should say on the part 6 question. 19.b&.c : 2nd and 3rd most recent year's total income amount..
can we just leave it as a blank? or just put some estimated amount?
we tried to get the proper documents for those years and it would take too much time. we are kind of in a rush now..
