I-864 visa Sponsor (Can I be my sponsor F1)
Hello all,
I am living in the US for a long time as a F1. I worked with my OPT and now I got my another EAD from TPS (Still I am maintaining my F1 status). Now, it's a time I was waiting for... filing I-485. My question is, since I worked/paid tax with my OPT as well a I got my EAD, can I be my own Sponsor (I-864)? Can I file I-864 for myself?
