Me and my family have a priority date of Aug 2006 and we are in the EB3 Category waiting for GC. My wife and children have had their EAD and AP done from 2007. My Son turned 21 in April 2015 and is protected by CSPA as we came to US on L1B and have I-485 receipt. We are planning to got to India this year as we have done so every two years for the past 10 years. But I am worried if there will be any problem for my son this time as he is 21 years of age. I would like to know if anyone is in the EB3 category in the AOS status waiting for the green card and have travelled to India and back with their child more than 21 years of age on EAD/AP.
