I-130 - Previous Application For Foreign Nationals

Hi Again,

On the I-130 which we are filing alongside the I-485 there is the following question:

Section D: Other Information

2. Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien?
If yes, give name, place and date of filing and result

My husband was in the military and was stationed in S. Korea 10 years ago when he got married to his previous wife. I'm assuming he must have filed for her to come to the US when he returned as she lives here now and is a citizen but :

He doesn't have any paperwork and He doesn't know the exact dates.

Should I just put her name, the place, result and ESTIMATED date of filing?

Good day!

In terms of your husband having a previous marriage, did there marriage ended legally "divorce papers"?
Everything has to be true and all documents have to be submitted. You will have problem if if you will not able to support regarding his previous marriage was legally over.
