  • G-325A question when applying for parents AOS

Do I need to include a g-325A for myself when I am a USC sponsoring/petitioning on behalf of my parents?

We are of course including a G325A for them both as instructed, but I have seen some talk online of the petitioner also sending in a G325A for themselves?

Any clarification on this would be much appreciated. Thanks!

When petitioning parents, a petitioner G-325A is not needed for either the I-130 or the I-485.

The big issue with parent packages is good proof of relationship, with the I-130, and legal versions of civil documents (original or certified) at the actual Adjustment interview.
