Interview Done today.

Hi everyone,I just want to share what happened today at my interview.Myself and my wife missed like 3 conquestions and we were given a white letter which the officer clicked..."Your case is being held for review"We also gave him some supporting documents we have like..car insurance,bank account and my wife's kids emergency contact...
Does anyone knows what might happened after this...I am scared as hell...the officer spent like 1hr with me alone before she called my wife in..
