I'm currently on H-1B and my spouse is on L-1B. If my spouse files for Adjustment of Status along with EAD as my dependent, will she be able to switch jobs after EAD is approved ? Considering L-1B is a company specific VISA and doesn't stand valid upon switching jobs, does he/she need to file for H-4 as well before switching jobs or they can have valid status based on EAD and advanced parole received as part of I-485 filing.
