I am yet to get Biometric Appointment

Hi Everyone
I filed forms 130, 485, and 765 concurrently to Chicago lockbox on the 8/19/2015.
Application was received on the 8/20/2015, I got reciept for form 485 after 2weeks requesting that I redo my medical examination because they were filed with outdated forms. They however urged me not to submit it yet until the date of interview if my application requires one.
Contrary to everyone's case, they got their biometrics appointment just weeks after submission, is there anything wrong with my application. My online status shows my case is not suspended but the question here is, does it take this long to get a biometric appointment?

In our household, there are 3 of us: my wife who is the petitioner, her son and I the beneficiary.
Do we put 0 on item 3, part 5 (sponsor's household size) of the form I-864 to get 3 on item 8 ?

I agree, your medical form may have delayed things a little. We filed around the same time you did and we just had our biometrics on 9/25. We did not submit the medical examination as we were told this was not necessary until the interview.

I am getting really worried. Out of the 3 receipts expected in the mail, I only got one for I-485 which stated that I should redo the test and come with it to interview, they said if i submit it now that it might delay processing. They warned that i should either wait for RFE or come with it to interview. My fear is this I have not gotten the receipts in the mail for forms 130 and 765 although my online status says a receipt has been mailed. I have called and asked them but they said i should they can trace the mails but it has been sent out. My case is different from many others. Please, someone should make me feel better with more convincing information.

If you have an interview date set, do not worry about any except that you take to the interview all that is requested. Once everything is to their satisfaction, you will then be approved for your Resident Card. If they need something more from you, they will inform you at the interview. Don't worry!!!
