Hi,
I am applying for I-485 for myself and my wife. My wife had L2-EAD in 2009-2010 previously and on L2-EAD card we have A#. As per recent law, we applied for H4-EAD as well and its approved, we are yet to receive the actual card in hand. I am sure the new H4-EAD card also we shall have the A# (after 2011 USCIS started putting verbiage USCIS# on EAD cards instead of A#). Below are my questions:
1. If the A# are SAME in both L2-EAD & H4-EAD cards, can we use the same in my wife I-485 form and any other forms ?
2. If the A# are DIFFERENT in both L2-EAD & H4-EAD cards, which one we shall use in 485 and other forms ?
3. Do we need to use any of these A# from L2/H4 EAD in 485 forms ?
