I have a question about 245i and child derivative.
As soon as I turned 21 I petitioned for my father and mother to be granted LPR status through a labor certification which was approved and they were issued their green cards.
My brother is 21 years old but he was included in my father's labor petition but not in the recent adjustment of status. I want to know if he could use me as a petitioner for a green card or what would the fastest possible way through a petitioner for him to be granted a green card?
