Dear Friends
I am Indian Citizen on non immigrant visa in USA since few years.My PD is going to be current in Dec,2015.
I got the documents from NVC but gone through USCIS Website and they said if you are in US you don't need to submit the documents of NVC and case will be handle by USCIS.
I wrote few emails to NVC asmost 45 days requesting them to provide me the guideline what I have to do next?
I didn't got any communication from NVC or USCIS.
Is there anybody with the similar kind of situation? Can anybody guide me in this situation?
If possible, please assist me as I am running out of time.
