Hey,
Iam planning on sending forms I-130, I-485, I -864, I-795 to USCIS. I leave in USA and legally work.
Do I Have to fill up Form I-131 since I am not planning on traveling anytime soon ?

no but you might as well as this is the only time that you can file that form for free. Emergencies, unexpected deaths, ect happens. So you might as well just to be safe. And plus, you are paying tons of money for these services anyway. You might as well get everything.

In my household, there are 3 of us: my wife who is the petitioner, her son and I the beneficiary.
Do we put 0 on item 3, part 5 (sponsor's household size) of the form I-864 to get 3 on item 8 ?
