Filling 'Country of Citizenship/Nationality' field on I-485 form for Taiwanese
Hello,
I am going to file I-485 form and need to fill 'Country of Birth' and 'Country of Citizenship/Nationality' fields. I was born in Taiwan and have Taiwanese citizenship.
My immigration attorney advises me to enter 'China' into these fields. I am not sure that this will be correct.
Please clarify what do I need to enter into these two fields: China, Taiwan or anything else.
