Need help : Visa for Spouse of a Green Card holder

Hi ,

I am going to get married to a girl outside of US and I understand that it would take time to process her I-130 (1-1.5yrs) before she gets a GC .Is there
any other way I can bring her legally other than applying for a B1 visa .

I am on F4 visa here and Is it possible for me to apply for a V1 visa for my spouse ? (I am not sure if I am eligible)
