I-864. Need advice on sponsor's current income
Hello everyone,
My husband and I got married 2 months ago, and now we are moving across the country(from California to Georgia), my husband had quit his job for this huge move. He has already made way more than the poverty line this year already and has his recent 3 years tax returns. We decided to file our package after we move and he starts work part time(before he gets a full time job). Now my questions are:
Does the income from this part time job need to above poverty line too?
How to calculate the annual income base on our situation?
btw, my husband will be my only sponsor..
