I will be filing for my I485 soon and just realized that my wife's birth certificate has two mistakes.
1. Her name on Birth certificate is wrong but slightly. For example if the name on her passport was Farheen her Birth certificate has it as Farhin.
2. Her dad's name does not match up with her passport. This is again slightly different. For example if the name on her passport is Riyaz her birth certificate has it as Riaz. Also, her middle name on Passport has it as Riaz.
What do you suggest is the best course of action here? Should I work on getting an amendment on this or should I work on getting an affidavit from my mother and father?
