Need help & advice on AoS and GC

Hi. What are the chances of my wife getting AoS approved and ultimately becoming a U.S. citizen? Here are the facts:
1. I am a U.S. citizen
2. Wife entered lawfully under visitor's visa and overstayed her visa ... she has been out of status for 15 yrs
3. She has no criminal record
4. She has no record of employment
5. She has a WA driver's license, but resides in CA

Very likely. Get married and and file it. As long as she entered with inspection, has no criminal problem and married to a US citizen she will be forgiven and get permanent residency OK. 4 and 5 are irrelevant.
