  • Paperwork Packet Confusion

I have heard so many varying viewpoints on what to submit for a I-130.

My Thai wife (now on Tourist visa) of many years and I have decided to stay in the states while our daughter finishes HS.

    Can I just submit the I-130, I-485, G-325A, I-864, I-693, I-131 and the I-693 in one packet?

Some people say yes and others say no.

    Thanks.

Are you a US Citizen? If Yes, then she can adjust her status to an LPR while she is here in the US. Just be aware that she can't get out of the country until she received her I-131 Approval or Advance Parole Document, it will take around 90 days after filing the whole Packet to receive this AP document. Also include the I-765 form submission, Work Authorization or EAD card.
